By accessing or using the Rapidverse API, website, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
Rapidverse provides a unified API gateway for casino game providers, offering integration, game aggregation, and data services to licensed operators.
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate gaming business. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials.
Rapidverse reserves the right to monitor API calls. Abuse, excessive requests, or attempts to reverse-engineer the API will result in immediate suspension.
Fees are based on your chosen subscription or pay-as-you-go plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.
All logos, trademarks, and API documentation are property of Rapidverse or our provider partners. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our code or content without permission.
Rapidverse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the previous 3 months.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
